What we like
- A 2-year pre-existing disease wait against 3 years everywhere else — a full year of exposure removed
- Restoration from the first claim, not the second
- 18,000+ cashless hospitals, second only to Care Health
- OPD and consumables included rather than bolted on
- Global cover for 16 conditions is unusual at this price point
What we don't
- By far the most expensive — ₹45,944 for a 25-year-old, over four times Activ One MAX
- The ₹50 lakh minimum base cover forces you into a large policy whether you want one or not
- Global cover and the Health Multiplier are restricted to listed conditions only
- Renewal discounts are tied to step counts, which will not suit everyone
- Note that the premiums shown are at ₹50 lakh cover, not the ₹15 lakh used for the others
Our verdict
The most feature-complete plan on this list and, unavoidably, the most expensive. The two features worth paying for are the 2-year pre-existing disease wait and restoration from the first claim — both directly reduce the odds of a claim being declined in the early years. That combination makes it worth a serious look if you are covering parents with existing conditions, where the third waiting year is a genuine risk. For a healthy 25-year-old it is dramatic overkill; Activ One MAX does the job for a quarter of the price.
Every score resolves to how we score plans — plan features 45%, insurer strength 45%, premium 10%.
